Application Process
The application process usually takes 3 business days. To be considered for a particular property, you must complete the following steps:
1. Please drive by the property you are interested in viewing.
2. After driving by, please call us to set an appointment. (916) 624-1695
3.Rental applications will be given to each applicant over 18 years of age, who will be residing in that property. A $25 non-refundable fee will be charged per application. This fee includes a credit check, rental history check and a reference check.
4.If you have a strong interest in the property, please include the security deposit (must be cashiers check or money order) as well as the application fees. This can hold the property for you while we determine if you qualify. If you do not qualify, the deposit will be refunded.
